XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.1.8 Beta Release

The project released XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.1.8 Beta. This is minor upgrade that fixes some known issues. The 2.2 branch will merge this version, if XCL 2.1.8 doesn't have any problems.

The project released XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.1.8 Beta. This is minor upgrade that fixes some known issues. The 2.2 branch will merge this version, if XCL 2.1.8 doesn't have any problems.

Well, I tried to write "ReleaseLog" like blender project's since this version. I don't write a long release note here, but you can understand the details from the release log. If you are a translator, read the release log once. Some messages of the installer have changed. You may need to change it as well as English.

I think that XCL 2.1.8 is very stable and doesn't need long Beta/RC schedule. So I will replace Beta with RC next weekend. But XCL 2.1.8 is very important version for the 2.2 branch. Testing v2.1.8 is testing part of v2.2.
